At some point I will be posting a blog about training, commuting, and working.
Right now – I left the house at 6.30am yesterday, and returned at 9.30. And woke up at 5.45am today. And I still dont have half a minute to blog a real blog. Maybe that says it all?

Anyways – here’s the last few days:
Fri – AM: 10min jog, 5x1k @ 4min30/4min pace, 10min jog
PM: Coached swim. Got my 400m time down to 7.15!

Sat – 30min OW swim

Sun – Gym Sprint – 2k row/20k bike/4k run. Weights etc.

Mon – AM – 1hr run, 10min bike, 3min run
PM – 1hr bike

Tues – AM – Swim : 1k, (6x100m)x2 (10 sec rec)
PM – 10min bike,3x1k run (90 sec rec), weighted lunges/squats/arm

Wed – AM – 9lap bike/3run, 9/3, 9/4, 7/1 (=34/9 – lap=568m) + 2x200m sprint
PM – 90min bike

Thurs – AM – sea swim
Lunch – 1hr run

Fri – AM – 1.5k swim
pm – 1hr bike – race route

I now race crits, road races, time trials, and do a lot of track training for not very much track racing.
